QUESTION: what about A=300

Answer
Hi Oscar,
If we need to find the value of a, then we need to rearrange the equation.
A = (a + b)h/2
2A = (a + b)h
2A/h = a + b
a = (2A/h) - b
When A = 300, h = 5 and b = 30
a = (2A/h) - b
a = [2(300)/5] - 30
 = 600/5 - 30
 = 120 - 30
 = 90
