Question
how do you graph y= ^4(square root)(-x)   and y= 1/(x-2) ? this is my first time here, and i tried my best to make the equations understandable. the first one looks like a little 4 then square root and inside the square root, negative x. i would like to thank you in advance, and kudos!

Answer

Graphs
Hi Berenice,
Its clear that the first graph only has real values for all negative values of x and y can have all positive real values. The second is an hyperbola with asymptotes at x = 2 and y = 0 which means that x can take all real values except x = 2 and y can also take all real values except y = 0

I've attached an image that might help.
