1. Find a standard graph of  y = tan x, then:
2. [ pi x change] Change the labels on the x-axis from pi, 2pi, etc, to 1, 2,..
3. [3 change]Change the labels on the y-axis from +-1,2,3, to +- 3.6.9....
4. [- change] Invert the graph.
