what is the definition of value and what is the value of 4 in 229.4,4156,740,34?
The definition of value is used as the place value of a number. The number 4 is used in several places. You will need to send me the number in the American system because I do not know what the commas mean in the way you have the number written. In America we use commas to separate groups of numbers and points to indicate the whole parts and the less than whole parts.
