Question
Just need help with my hours of work, i.e. total hours I worked.

8 - 5.30 with half hour break
8 - 5.30 with half hour break
8 - 5.15 with half hour break
8 - 5 with half hour break
7.3 - 5 with half hour break

What are my total billing hours of work?

Answer
A~

If you are using 5.30 to mean 5:30 please state so, otherwise these numbers do not make any sense. 8-5 is 9 hours and 8-4:45 is 8.75 hours and 8-4:30 is 8.5 hours and 7:30-4:30 is 9 hours. What I did was I took off your half hour break on the end times. So just add them up now: 9 + 9 + 8.75 + 8.5 + 9  = 44.25 total hours for the week.
