If ∆PQR ≅ ∆MNS, which of the following is true? ∠P ≅ ∠N MN ≅ QR

When two triangles are equal corresponding sides and angles are congruent and equal in measure. So since you are given ∆PQR ≅ ∆MNS,
∠P <--> ∠M, ∠Q <--> ∠N, and ∠R <--> ∠S and likewise PQ <--> MN, QR <--> NS, and RP <--> SM. I think armed with this information you can now answer your question!
