   det 3A = |3   0    3| = 3|3     6| = 3(3(12) - 0(6)) = 3(36) = 108

                    |0   0  12|


  27*det A = 27|A| = 27 |1   0   1| = 27(1(4)-0(2)) = 27(4) = 108
