Question
Hi I have a project where I am suposed to make a poster of common sayings that relate to math or specifically algebra.  An example is "what goes around comes around."  Because it has to do with a circle. Do you know any? Thanks!

Answer
i will see if i can try my best. Not totally certain if they fit what you want, but i will explain why i think they fit.

Words after the : is my explaination why i think they fit.

"It takes 2 to tango" : Just because of the word 2 in the quote

"8 is enough" : Same reason above

"2's a couple, but 3's a crowd" : Same reason above

"What goes up must come down" : What i can only think on this one is Gravitation Force, which has a mathematical formula.

"Your either a square, or your there" : Not certain if this is one or not, but just because it has the word square in it.

Here is my favorite, "Opposites Attract" : Magnetic forces.

Thats about all i can think of right now, but hopefully you can fill in the rest.
