Question
Can You please explain to me how to find the radius and diameter of a circle using 3 1/7 for pie if the circumfrence is 110ft please explain step by step what I need to do thanks

Answer
C = 2 Pi r = Pi d

To find the radius
110 = 2(3 1/7)r
55 = (3 1/7)r
or
55 = (22/7)r
multiply both sides by 7
385 = 22r
divide both sides by 22
r = 17.5 ft

--------------------------------

To find the diameter

110 = (22/7)d
multiply both sides by 7
770 = 22d
divide both sides by 22
d = 35 ft
