x and y can both be positive or negative, so the answer is
Quadrant I and III, so this one isn't true.
b.)
3y - 2x = -4
3(5) - 2(2) = -4
15 - 4 = -4
11 = -4
So this one isn't true
c.)
x is up and down. so this one isn't true. Its y that is neither
