Question
Hi there, I have a problem that i can not seem to figure out..and i have no clue what kind it would be..Its a problem between me and several friends. It is:

The setting is "Dragonball Z" the popular manga anime.

The problem is this:

Characters have different "power levels" in the show, a higher power level means they are stronger.

Goku: 416
Piccolo: 406
Radditz: 1,200

Now, i need an equation to work out how much damage goku could do to radditz.

Radditz ISNT twice as strong as goku.

Another situation:

Piccolo: 1,200
Gohan: 900
Nappa: 4,000

Now, gohan and piccolo can still do damage to nappa. i need to know how much.

Goahn: 900,000
Piccolo: 1,400,000
Freeza: 2,000,000

Piccolo is still capable enough of doing a fiar bit of damage to freeza. but gohan doesnt do that much,

Answer
I watch the cartoon all the time, the shows like Dragonball, Dragonball Z, Dragonball GT, but as far as your problem goes, i am not totally certain, but i think the calculation formula maybe

d = h/v

d = damage taken
v = villian
h = hero

But like i said i cannot be completely certain with it.

Just to let you know the d as a said is damage taken as in that is the damage the villian takes when he is attacked by the hero, or you can think of it like this, d is the damage given.
