((x - 4)/(9x)) + ((2x + 4)/(9x))
Same denominator
((x - 4) + (2x + 4))/(9x)
(x - 4 + 2x + 4)/(9x)
((1 + 2)x + (-4 + 4))/(9x)
(3x)/(9x)
(3/9) * (x/x)
(1/3) * 1
Ans : (1/3)

Multiply by (x + 8)(x - 6)
((2(x-6))/((x+8)(x-6))) + ((3(x+8))/((x+8)(x-6)))
((2x - 12)/((x + 8)(x - 6))) + ((3x + 24)/((x + 8)(x - 6)))
Same denominator
((2x - 12) + (3x + 24))/((x + 8)(x - 6))
((2 + 3)x + (-12 + 24))/((x + 8)(x - 6)))

Then we can first work the numerator and denominator separately first.

(2/x) + (1/(3x))
Multiply by 3x
((2 * 3)/(3x)) + (1/(3x))
(6/(3x)) + (1/(3x))
same denominator
(6 + 1)/(3x)
Ans : (7/(3x))


(4/(3x)) + (3/(2x))
Muliply by 6x
((4 * 2)/(6x)) + ((3 * 3)/(6x))
(8/(6x)) + (9/(6x))
Same Denominator
(8 + 9)/(6x)
Ans : 17/(6x)

Now we have

(7/(3x)) / (17/(6x))

Multiply top half by reciprocal of bottom half

((7/(3x))) * ((6x)/17)
