Question
If two trains, one loaded with lead, the other empty, are travelling at
60 miles per hour on identical flat tracks and at the same time their
engines were put in neutral which one would travel further and why?

Answer
if the train with lead and the train without were both traveling at 60 mph then mathematically they both would travel the same distance because of that. However i think it would depend on at what point which one started traveling at 60 mph. I would think that the train of lead would take longer to reach the 60 mph mark than it would the train without,

so my guess is that the train without the lead would travel further because it probably took the train with the lead to pick up speed than it did the other.
