Question
What is the basic principle that can be used to simplify a polynomial and what is the relevance of the order of operations in simplifying a polynomial?

Answer
Can you give me some problems, and i can give you want you want.

without a problem to go by, all i can tell you is to combine like terms. When multipling values with identical exponents, you have to add the exponents together, for ex:

3x^2(6x + 5x^3) = 18x^3 + 15x^5
3x^2 + 5x^2 = 8x^2
