I am attempting to determine equal progressive increments.  On a spreadsheet I have twelve sections the 1st section is .5  the seventh section is 8, what would be the progressive increments in all the other sections?

Sorry, but I have no idea what you are talking about.  When you send a question you have to clearly define your terms, if they are not standard.  

"equal progressive increments" and 'sections' are not standard terms.
