Write a function rule for the table.
Sandwhiches          1        2      3      4
Cost                     2.05   4.10  6.15  8.20

Answer
(1,2.05), (1,4.10), (3,6.15), and (4,8.20)

Using this formula to get the slope
m = (y2 - y1)/(x2 - x1)

(1,2.05) and (2,4.10)

m = (4.10 - 2.05)/(2 - 1)
m = (2.05)/1
m = 2.05

so this gives you

y = 2.05x + b

y = 2.05
x = 1

2.05 = 2.05(1) + b
2.05 = 2.05 + b
b = 0

so your function is

f(x) = 2.05x
