Question
Write an equivalent expression for x if e^x +3=6.

Answer
if by this you mean (e^x) + 3 = 6, then

(e^x) + 3 = 6
e^x = 3
log(e)3 = x
or
x = ln(3)

but if by this you mean

e^(x + 3) = 6, then
log(e)6 = x + 3
ln(6) = x + 3
x = ln(6) - 3

as far as Writing an Equivalent Express for x, thats all that i can think of for this problem and for what i had for the e^x = 11 problem.
