Question - Is it possible to see how you worked this out i.e the solutions?

1.What is the domain of the function f(x)= cos x ?
2.What is the range of the function f(x)= tan x ?
3.Expand log(3p/2v)

Answer -
1.) Domain = ħoo. oo stands for infinity.

2.) As far as i can tell Range = ħoo

3.) log((3p)/(2v)) = log(3p) - log(2v)

Answer
I didn't exactly work it, for 1 and 2 i just went to www.calculator.com, clicked on Graphing and i typed in cos(x) for 1 and tan(x) for 2. Make sure to leave out the y = part or the graph will not show up.

You can also plug in some values for x for 1 and 2 and get values for yourself. If you type in any value higher than values that become in valid for #2, like 90.1 or 90.000001 you will get some high values.

as for #3. if you go to  people.hofstra.edu/faculty/Stefan_Waner/RealWorld/calctopic1/logs.html and just scroll down.
