3x - 2y = 0
i think you meant to type 2 problems, but if not
3x - 2y = 0
3x = 2y
x = (2/3)y
3x - 2y = 0
-2y = -3x
y = (3/2)x

here are some ordered pairs for your problem
y = (3/2)x
(-6,-9), (-4,-6), (-2,-3), (0,0), (2,3), (4,6), (6,9)
