Question
What is the limit as x approaches 3 of
(sqrt(x+1)-2)/(x-3).
I'm having a lot of difficulty figuring this one out algebraically as you don't have to ratonalize the denominator.
Please help.Thank you very much.

Answer
if you go to www.calculator.com, click on Graphing, and type in the exact problem, you will get a graph.

As for limit, since i don't do limits, here is what i can tell you

-1 <= x < 3
(1/2) <= y < Undefined

so sorry i can't help you with limits.
