Answer
(1/100) = log(10x + 2)
same as saying
(1/100) = ln(10x + 2)
e^(1/100) = 10x + 2
e^(1/100) - 2 = 10x
x = (1/10)(e^(1/100) - 2)

of you go to www.quickmath.com, it will give you

x = (1/10)(-2 + 100thrt(e))
