Question
what would be the  numbers in the sequence   ,  ,  ,  ,  ,6,13,20

Answer
6, 13, 20,

an = a1 + d(n - 1)

a(2) = 6 + d(2 - 1)
13 = 6 + d
d = 7

a(3) = 6 + 7(3 - 1)
a(3) = 6 + 7(2)
a(3) = 6 + 14
a(3) = 20

now if you are wanting the numbers before the 6 and not after the 20, then

-36,-29,-22,-15,-8,-1

the numbers after the 20 are

27, 34, 41, 48, 55, 62
