Question
a truck can hold 1000 (one thousand) litre of petrol . it want to transfer as many as it can to a site  3000 (three thousand) km apart and each km it travel it lose 1(one)  litre . how many litre it can be transfered  to that site ?

Answer
if i understand you correctly.

if it travels 3000 km and at each km it loses 1L, then that would mean that it would have to refill every 1000km just to have anything.

unless it refills, it won't have anything in the truck by the time it gets to its destination.

so by the time it gets to the end, it won't have anything to transfer, so there better be some refilling stations.

so other than that, i don't really get your question. Even if it refills again right before it gets there, it won't have anything left.
