Question
I need some major help!!

Find the value of theta for which each equation is true.

tan(theta)=-1

Find each value by referring to the graphs of the trigonometric functions.

csc270

thank you!

Answer
tan(A) = -1
A = tan^-1(-1)
A = (7pi)/4 or (3pi/4)

Or you can use the formula (3pi/4) + xpi

---------------------------------------------

csc(270) = 1/sin(270)

if you go to http://www.calculator.com/calcs/GCalc.html type in csc(x), click enter on the keyboard, click Trig Zoom, then go to (3/2)pi or the 3rd mark on the right of the y-axis which is 270

you get csc(270) = -1
