Question Ok i have a triangle that is a length of 27 a hight of 10 and a half and a hypotinuse of 29. The triangle has one right angle how do i find the angle of the other 2 angles?
AnswerHi Jason,
The angle corresponding to a length would be the one facing it(i.e the angle which the line is in no contact with).
Ideally, for a right-angle triangle with the given length and height, the lenght of the hypotenuse is actually about 28.97 instead of 29.
Anyway, we use the sine rule here. Label the lengths a,b,c and the corresponding angles A,B,C. Note that the hypotenuse would correspond to the right angle(90 degrees).
The formula is
a/sinA = b/sinB = c/sinC
You could say c = 28.97 anc C = 90, a and b would take the remaining two values of length and the angles would be found by relating to the c/sinC values.
I hope you get it.
Any delay regretted.
Regards.
