Question
I have read your other question and answers for this case and I have followed them word for word and still can't ask the bike shop owner the last set of questions nor can I get interrogate the production guy.  Please tell me what i am doing wrong if anything.

thanks

Answer
This is a really tough question to answer because I'd have to know exactly what you've done so far.  There is probably only one minor detail you've missed.  Here's a guess though... go back to the crash site and get a close-up on the ramp.  Make sure you look at the pictures under the microscope.  Try to get a close up on them as well while you're in there.

I hope this helps,
Meg
