QUESTION: I have read your other question and answers for this case and I have followed them word for word and still can't ask the bike shop owner the last set of questions nor can I get interrogate the production guy.  Please tell me what i am doing wrong if anything.

ANSWER: This is a really tough question to answer because I'd have to know exactly what you've done so far.  There is probably only one minor detail you've missed.  Here's a guess though... go back to the crash site and get a close-up on the ramp.  Make sure you look at the pictures under the microscope.  Try to get a close up on them as well while you're in there.

QUESTION: I have done everything including what you wrote last and including everything up to where you ask Handleman the last question and before you talk for the last time with Muzotti and end the case.  i have even restarted the game and had someone help me read the steps, step-by-step and i am still having the same problem.

QUESTION: I am using the walkthrough from www.gameboomers.com, by TLC.  I have even gone over them several times hoping that i am missing something, but it doesn't seem like i am.  I have even done all the thins you said in the last few blogs.  I think this game either has a glitch or there is something missing in the game.
