Question
Hey Jan,
I NEED HELP! I just bought Morrowind and i can't install it, i know you have gotten a bunch of these questions but nothing will work for me. It will load all the way and when everything is done and completed, i'll click on the icon to start and the Bethesda ad will show up in the beginning of the game but after that an error message shows up saying that Microsoft needs to close this game, it gives me the send error report or not send error report message. I have uninstalled everything, restarted the computer, and turned off all virus stuff 5 times and still the same message after its fully loaded. I even tried it twice on a different computer but alas..no. Help me, why is this so hard, i just want to play the game.

Answer
Sean,
Since you've tried all my trouble shooting ideas, and I'm assuming your pc has at least the minimum requirements to play Morrowind; It sounds like you may have a bad installation disk (that's very rare, but it does happen)if you have tried it on several computers. Go to this site and let Bethesda know of your problem, they will either let you download a solution, or send you a new disk. Make sure you tell them what your pc is and what steps you have tried to clear up the problem. Sorry I couldn't help.
