Question I dont know if you can help me with my Myst 3 installation problem, but if you can it would be really helpful.
I have an XP 2002, and whenever I try to install Myst 3, it gets to 80% then says something to the effect of "You are now exiting Myst 3 Exile Installation. To install Myst 3, please insert disc again" and when i try again it does the same thing.
I have read some stuff of the internet and there are quite a few people who have the same problem with XP, but i cant find anything to do besides running VirusScan and the like.
This is my favorite game, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

The first thing I would do is completley uninstall MystIII and then shut down your computer. Restart and then make sure your firewall and virus protection software is disabled. Now try to install. There is a patch available at: http://www.ubi.com/US/Downloads/Info.aspx?dlId=40 Which MIGHT help. If none of this helps, go to this site: https://secure.ubi.com/login/login.aspx and sign up and email them the specs on your computer and what your problem is. They give you an answer via email usually in less than 48 hours. I hope this helps and good luck. The Myst series are great games!
