Question I have come to the end of the train and found the last door "stuck". How do I access my crowbar to possibly pry the door open, or do you know another way to open the door?
Answer It sounds like you have found the crowbar; if you haven't it's in the 4th door on the left side of the 2nd car (from the beginning. You need one of the keys to get in, but if you've gone through the whole train, you should have them.
If you have the crowbar, select it by hitting your next or previous item key, then hitting enter. I think the defaults are [ and ] for previous and next, respectively. That's what mine are, but I tend to set them to that, so I don't remember if that's what the defaults are or not. To find out, hit ESC to bring up the menu, then click options, keyboard controls, and weapon/item controls. Prev/next item are near the bottom on the left side. This will cycle through the items you have, and ENTER will make active the one you choose.
And I don't know of any other way to open the door, I think the crowbar is it.
