Hiya Sean

Ok, can i ask what is the best software that a aspiring copywriter should learn, reason i ask i've just downloaded a trial for my Apple mac,i literally dont have a clue whats happening or what i can or meant to do with it, funny right. But my reason i'm asking is i have like i mentioned before really want to start my Book now i have loads of ideas, yet i dont know what to do..

Pearl, copywriters don't need to learn Photoshop, which is a photo retouching program. That's for the art director to learn. You can explore, of course. But copywriters only need to learn Microsoft Word; and, to a lesser extent, Power Point.

If you want to play with your own layouts, learn either Quark Express or Adobe InDesign.
