As I stated before, I would send to ad agencies, music production studios and radio stations. Also you might consider starting an account on YouTube and uploading samples of your work there. If you can afford it create a website for yourself and host your YouTube commercials through your site. Use Twitter, Facebook and YouTube to get your music out.
