Question Hi Sean,
I am a licensed acupuncturist, Certified Iridologist, and Reflexologist planning to begin a practice this Fall.
I want to make some business cards and also create those 1 page brochures with info on front and back.
Would you recommend any publishing software you would prefer if you were creating those cards and brochures?
Thank you very much!
Sincerely,
Mike Eidson
Answer Mike,
The publishing software I recommend is called "freelance designer." They come in male and female versions, and you can access their functionality by calling your local ad club.
Seriously - don't be "that guy" who designs his own corporate identity. I'm sure you have a creative spirit, but I'm not trained to do the things you do...and I strongly recommend you invest in yourself by collaborating with someone trained in logo & page design.
You don't have to spend a lot of money. Try and find someone young with a few nice pieces in their portfolio. You should be able to get a distinctive look that will help your business stand out (and will last for many years).
