Hi.  We are opening a small ad agency in Windsor and need to know rates of local agencies so that we remain competitive.  We want to enter in so as not to undercut.  Our main office is in an area where the agencies are friends and work together.  We do work for larger firms all the time and have found no such relationship building in the Windsor, Canada area.  Is there a group for area creatives (an ad club?) Thanks for your help.

Writing - $150/hr
Art Direction - $125/hr
Design, Account management - $100/hr
Research(tertiary), Administration - $80/hr
