Advertising/Freelance: Media Buying

Question
Hi Peter,

I am an experienced media buyer/planner currently working for an ad agency. I'm attempting to find some freelance media buying work on the side but am having a tough time. Most agencies are looking for full time employees but I think there must be freelance opportunities out there. Do you have any suggestions?

Thanks

Answer
We are always looking for a qualified freelancer for media buying. We are too small an agency to have someone full time. This should give you a great start - look for agencies billing under $5,000,000 and you should have a great amount of work.

Best of luck and let us know how you make out.

Pete
