Question
What Exactly AOR means. i always get confused with this term. Generally AOR means Agency on Record. what does it mean. Kindly answer me in detail. thanks

When an organization or business signs a letter designating an advertising/marketing/PR agency it's agency of record, that means all media goes through the agency. If that client is contacted directly by the media they should direct that media to the advertising agency.
The AOR is the agency representing that client, generally through a letter of agreement.
