Question
Good day,
Can you tell me how does one check to find out if he or she came up with a unique selling proposition that it does not belong to another company.

Answer
Unfortunately, there are no short cuts to finding this out. You can review patents and trade marks at the uspto.gov website (for US-protected intellectual property). But, other than that, you'll just have to research the business category you want to enter to determine how unique your USP really is.

Good luck,
