Question
In response to your response -
Is an undergraduate degree achievable at a 4-year in under 4 years, and w/out having to enroll in GE courses or the other additional courses?

Do the Portfolio institutions work with other colleges in their communities so that one can mix and mesh classes, in order to acquire the necessary education?

Danke,

Tim

Answer
Not sure, Tim. The transferability of credits often depends on the school, and their accreditation body.

But, I know our school is pretty generous about that. Essentially, your GE credits comprise an AA degree; and, SCAD would only be interested in GE art classes as opposed to English and mathematics.

As for your second question, I've never heard of such a relationship - but, that doesn't mean that one doesn't exist out there.
