Aerobics/Cellulite

Question
Okay, I've been hearing mixed reports about being able to lose cellulite. Some say you can get rid of it with proper exercise and eating healthy foods..

Others say you can't get rid of it and you'll just have to live with it for the rest of your life.

Truthfully, I think it would only make sense that you can get cellulite under control. So, my question is: Is it possible to lose cellulite? And if so, what are some ways to lose it?

Answer
Hi Liz-
You are correct, there have been mixed reviews over the years.  For many years, the medical community was resolved to the fact that cellulite was here to stay no matter what you did.  Now, there have been many products that claim to reduce the appearance of cellulite such as creams, lotions, massages, and other skin treatments.  Doctors say that cellulite is present in the skin as a result of fat cells.  I personally have seen cellulite on my thighs diminish a little and I wasn't using any treatments but based on 'formal' research it sounds like the appearance of cellulite can be reduced through various skin care techniques.

I hope this helps!
