If you get bored when using the workout machines, stick to the zumba class in addition once every week at least. A zumba class is usually 1 hr and your heart rate should be very high if you follow the steps shown in class correctly. You got to feel the rythm of the music and then just let yourself go. Don't be afraid of following all the body movements from the instructor. Soon you will become more flexible and start losing weight.
