Question
I am a 23 year old male. I've had fat thighs and a fat butt since puberty. Recently, I went on a diet for 2 months and a half which consisted in eating 2 low calorie subs from Subway daily without exercise however. This diet got me from 213 lbs to 188 lbs. However, although my silhouette improved (and my definitely my BMI), my lower body is still a disaster to me. I feel disproportionate (compared to the "normal" guy morphology) and I'd like to change that whichever way (but definitely not surgery). I need some help and good advice. Appreciate it!

Answer
Good for you for wanting to make a change.  Hope you're eating different subs daily to get as much variety of nutrients as you can.

If you want to change the way your body looks, gotta exercise.  That's why your body looks the way it does.  It's not going to look the way you want by doing nothing.  If you're serious about this, get together with someone who knows what they are doing, a qualified trainer in your area.  It's worth the price of a few training sessions to set you up and get you going.  Then you should be able to continue on your own, or go back for periodic updates.  If you need help finding trainers, go to:  acefitness.org or ideafit.com.

Hope this helps.  And keep it up.
