QUESTION: i want to reduce my bicep.im 26 yr femail.my height is 5.7feet n my weigth is 73kg . i wna t to reduce my wt. im an engineer n donot get enought time for exercise
is it corret rope skippin loose the breast?

ANSWER: To reduce bodyfat you have to increase your cardiovascular exercise. Start trying to work in some exercise at work. Take the stairs instead of using the elevator, go for a walk at lunch, or park further away and walk further into work. As far as jumping rope that can be cardiovascular, however you can not spot reduce areas so that alone will not reduce breast size.

QUESTION: what can i do to reduce my upper portion of my hand.there fat is deposited.and becose of this i cann't wear sleeve less dress?
plz help me.also guide me @my died.

Answer
I'm sure that you meant guide me at my diet. However that is beyond my scope of practice. You should speak with a dietitian about you diet. As for fat deposits the only recommended option is cardio. Like I stated before you can not spot reduce.
