Question
Hello,

I am 25 year woman.. weighing 122 lb and height is 5.4..
i have really hard time to loose weight.. i workout 5 time a week.. i go for fast walk for 3 to 4 times a week about 3 miles in half n hour..and also i go for aerobics class for 5 times a week .. there i do 20 minutes cardio and 25 minute weightlifting and toning..i have pear shape body.. i have all my fat on my thighs and hips.. i have really hard time to loose weight.. i have also tried to do dieting and exercise.. but it helps loose 2 lb in a week.. i have tried to eat just boiled vegetables .. but it just help to loose or 2 lb in a week.. everyday i try to eat without oil and sugar food.. i am poor vegetarian.. .. i don't know.. why i have really hard time to loose weight.. can you please help me out..

one more question.. i love to do turbo kickboxing.. do you know where i can fine turbo kickboxing video cd..?

Hello-
Based on your height and weight your BMI is terrific! (20).  You sound like you are a good size for your height.  Nevertheless, if you still want to lose weight (which I'm not necessarily recommending), you may want to focus more of your efforts on cardio activities which may mean doing the aerobics class a couple of times  a week and then using a treadmill, elliptical machine, or any other form of cardio exercise for 3 days a week for at least 30 minutes.  Losing 2 lbs a week is what is healthy for you.  You are also doing great with eating lots of veggies, keep it up.
