Question
Hi, Im 17, Why is it sometimes after my workout if I sit still, it feels like my body is rocking back and forth.

I work on the Bas Rutten Shadow Boxing CD. He yells out combos and I gotta complete them before he yells the next one. 2 Minutes, 1 minute rest, 10 rounds.(IDK If me telling you this is helping.

Thank you for your question.
I'm not totally sure why your body is feeling like it is still rocking back and forth after your workout.
I know that when I do not have enough food in my stomach-my body will usually shake after I have an intense workout-that could be part of your problem.
