Answer
Ho Lorcan,

There is no one book that I recommend. I do recommend attaining resources from many organizations such as AFAA, ACE and ACSM.

Tips for studying:
Choose a mentor(s).
Practice your physical skills with and without a mirror.
Practice your theory by saying and writing your notes in different
ways.

Make sure that your group exercise class includes the following:
Pre-Class Announcements
warm Up
Cardio and Muscular Endurance/Strength
Motor Skill Components(at least one) Agility, Balance, Coordination, Power, Reaction Time, Speed.
Final Cool Down Stretch.
Post-Class Announcements

To plan a class, first think about the goals and objectives
