QUESTION: hi i wna lose my ass fat . its 36 and wna be active what exercise should i do and for how much time . on daily or weekly shedule

ANSWER: Waji,
Go to the gym 3 days per week and do the following exercises.
Bicep Curl
Tricep Pressdown
Chest Press
Shoulder Press
Lat Pulldown
Row
Squat
Lunge
Leg Press
Calf Press
Crunches
Twists.
Run on the treadmill for 30 minutes.
Do all of these exercises 3 sets of 10 repititions.

QUESTION: ok but can u plz guide me how to start i got tired in 15 mins as i started just jogging, today

Waji,
Start by walking on the tradmill for 10 minutes.
Then do the weight workout.
Finish up your workout with 10 minutes on the treadmill.
Do this for 4 weeks.
Then after 4 weeks-walk on the treadmill for 15 miutes both before and after your workout.
