Question
Hi - I am thinking of following the schedule for my exercise. Can you pls. check if it looks fine?
My Stats: 5 ft 6 inches and 148 pounds and age 28.
Plan:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday - Cardio for 35 - 40 min.
Tuesday & Thursday - Cardio for 15 min and strength for 25 min

Answer
Hi,

Glad you're motivated to exercise.  It looks like a good program.  But can't really assess it because you haven't told me about yourself.  Male or female?  Have you been working out?  If so, what have you been doing?  If not, how long has it been?  What were you previously doing?  Do you have any knee problems, back problems, any type of injury?  When's the last time you had a check-up from a doctor?  How's your heart?  Blood pressure?  Taking any medications?

What type of cardio are you planning on doing?  Do you have a specific reason why you want to workout... lose weight?  Enter a 10k race?  etc.   Knowing this kind of info will help determine if the training schedule you propose is good for you!
