Question
hi... i am trying to tone up my butt.... but i'm not familiar with some exercises that i could do... i run a little.... and do some wall sits now and then... but are there other exercises i could do at home?

Answer
Wall sits are great for toning your gluteal muscles as are squats, standing rear leg lifts, rear leg lifts while on all fours, lying hamstring curls on a ball, pelvic tilts on a ball and the list goes on.  Even just squeezing the gluteal muscles will help them get stronger and more toned.  I'm sorry that I can't include photos here, but hopefully some of these make sense.

Don't forget that you won't see an appearance in the size of your butt unless you do the cardio to burn the fat.

I hope this helps!

Thanks.
Kim
