Question Hello Brandon .
I am from india i am 32years age 6'feet height and weighs 90kgs.
I do brisk walking every day for almost 1 hour comes to around 6 kilometers for the last 3 months . but i lost hardly 4 kgs of weight , i could not cut down my 37 inches belly . could you please recommend some thing for me .
i should cut 10 kgs of weight and 5 inches of my belly.

Well my answer is going to be a little broad. To lose weight you have to expend more calories than you take in. With out know how many calories you are taking in I would have to assume that you are not burning enough calories. My recommendation is that you should decrease your calorie intake and increase your speed. Also I would start a good strength training program. Muscle is very efficient at burning calories even at rest. With an increase in your cardio and the added element of strength training you should start seeing a loss.
