Aerobics/Looking to lose a single dress size

Question
Hi.
I am an 18 year old girl looking to lose one dress size in the hopes of becoming a model. I am naturally a size 4, and I weigh 126 lbs. I am also about 5'6. I generally eat pretty healthy, and I go on multiple walks every day just out of habit. I would like to know of any exercises that could help me trim up my body so that I can become my ideal dress size. Thanks you so much.

Answer
Hi Rachel,
Thank you for your question.
I think that you are at an ideal weight for your height.
There are  several exercises at the gym that you can do to maintain your size and shape.
Leg press
leg extension
squats
bicep curl
tricep press down
chest press
row
lat pull down.
Thank you,
Bonnie
