Aerobics/A Workout Easy on The Knees!

Question
I am really trying to tone up my body but it is so hard with bad knees. I recently had knee surgery. The Ab and Cardio programs I try to follow along with always involve lifting or bending my knees to the point where I am aching afterwards or I can't even follow along. I do basic sit ups everyday but I know I need more to get results. What can I do? ~Thanks!

Answer
You should get together with a physical therapist or qualified certified personal trainer who can show you exercises and the correct technique to help you tone up without aggravating your knee joints.  It's worth the investment even if it's just a couple of times to teach you what to do if you're serious about wanting to improve your body.

Since you recently had surgery, your physician may be able to refer you to a physical therapist.

Glad you want to do something.
